The testing laboratory of company "LIZO Ltd."

The testing laboratory of company "LIZO Ltd." is a modern European laboratory purposed for testing line hardware, purposed for tensioning, support and connection of overhead power lines, conductors of electrical and fiber-optic cables.

The laboratory performs testing of all parameters of line hardware for overhead lines, both insulated and bare, in accordance with the requirements of
- EN 50483 up to 1kV
- EN 61238-1 up to 36 kV
- EN 61284 over 45 kV.
Also we performs testing in accordance with DSTU, DSTU EN, DSTU IES, GOST and other regulations which are valid in Ukraine in accordance with our Accreditation Scope.
In addition, the laboratory carrying out the testing of electrical conductors with voltage up to 1 kV and of fiber-optic cables to correspondence with the requirements of IEC 60695-11-2: 2017 and DSTU 4743:2007.

Accreditation Certificate No. 201383 dated November 26, 2021, issued by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine, confirms the competence of the laboratory in performing the tests. In addition, competence and independence of the laboratory are confirmed by Report on the External Audit fulfilled by the Institute of Energy (IEn), Poland at 18.08.2016. The cooperation agreement with IEn was signed at the basis of audit. We are pleased that our laboratory became a subcontractor of the IEn Certification Authority (Warsaw Institute of Energy) in one line with the laboratories of Ensto Finland Oy and Sicame S.A.

Accreditation Score of the testing laboratory is specified to the annexes to Accreditation Certificate dated November 26, 2021.

The laboratory is fully equipped with all necessary equipment and qualified personnel. The laboratory employers consists of people with more than 30 years of experience in testing laboratories, as well as of young electrical engineers. The combination of experience with modern background allows us to constantly develop and improve, taking into account the today’s needs and requirements.

Main part of the testing equipment is fully automated. It permit to fully exclude human factor from testing results. Laboratory work is organized as continuous operation throughout the day for period of testing.

Principal policies of the testing laboratory operation consist of continuous improvement, ensuring the implementation of modern European standards, technical innovations, improvement of test performance capabilities.

The main goal of the testing laboratory is ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the results of measurements and tests, strict compliance with the requirements of reference documents on test methods, qualitative and timely fulfillment of the customers’ requirements and continuous cooperation with them.

At present, our laboratory is known not only in Ukraine, but also in China, Poland, Serbia, Malaysia. We also offer you mutually beneficial cooperation on testing your products in order to obtain certificates of conformity of the European model.
